Özet
Kalkan kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz ya da paylaşmaz. Uygulamanın internet bağlantısı kullanan hiçbir özelliği yoktur; reklam, analitik, hesap veya üçüncü taraf hizmeti barındırmaz.
Mesajlar
iOS, rehberinde olmayan göndericilerden gelen SMS'lerin gönderen bilgisini ve metnini, yalnızca sınıflandırma için Kalkan'ın SMS filtresi uzantısına verir. Uzantı mesajı cihazında değerlendirir, sonucu iOS'a bildirir ve mesajı hiçbir yere kaydetmez ya da göndermez. iOS bu uzantının ağa erişmesine ve veri yazmasına izin vermez.
Aramalar ve rehber
Engellediğin veya etiketlediğin numaralar yalnızca iPhone'unda saklanır ve iOS'un arama engelleme sistemine aktarılır. Kalkan gelen aramaların bilgisini göremez. Kalkan rehberine erişmez ve Kişiler izni istemez. Panoyu yalnızca sen “Yapıştır” ya da “Panodan yapıştır”a dokunduğunda okur; içeriği kaydetmez veya göndermez.
Cihazında saklananlar
Kuralların, numara listen ve uygulama tercihlerin cihazında saklanır. iPhone yedeklemesi açıksa bu veriler, iOS tarafından diğer uygulama verilerinle birlikte iCloud veya bilgisayar yedeğine dahil edilebilir. Kendi oluşturduğun yedek dosyasını nereye kaydedeceğine sen karar verirsin.
Bize e-posta yazarsan
Destek adresimize yazdığında e-posta adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanırız. E-postalar, kurumsal e-posta hizmetimizi sağlayan Güzel Hosting'in (GNET İnternet Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.) Türkiye'deki sunucularında saklanır. Sana gönderdiğimiz yanıtlar, Güzel Hosting'in posta iletim hizmeti MailChannels Corporation (Kanada) üzerinden iletilir ve yalnız iletim sırasında bu şirketin sunucularından geçer. Yazışmaları talebin sonuçlandıktan sonra en çok 2 yıl saklar, ardından sileriz.
Web sitesi
kalkan.mm-apps.com çerez, analitik, reklam ya da dışarıdan yüklenen yazı tipi ve betik kullanmaz. Site GitHub Pages üzerinde yayımlanır. Sayfayı açtığında tarayıcın GitHub, Inc.'in (ABD) sunucularına bağlanır; GitHub, siteyi sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için IP adresin gibi teknik bilgileri kendi gizlilik bildirimi kapsamında işler. Bu kayıtlar bize verilmez.
App Store
Kalkan'ı App Store'dan indirirsin; satıcı Apple'dır ve iade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır. Apple, App Store ve iOS hizmetleri için kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında bağımsız olarak veri işler. Apple'ın bize gösterdiği indirme ve kullanım istatistikleri toplu ve kimliksizdir; seni tanımamızı sağlamaz.
Haklarını kullanma
Tüm verilerini Ayarlar › Her şeyi sıfırla ile ya da uygulamayı silerek kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Geliştirici bu verilere erişemediği için senin adına silme, düzeltme veya aktarım talebini yerine getirecek bir kayıt tutmaz. Bize yazdığın e-postalarla ilgili KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarını nasıl kullanacağın KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde yazılıdır.
Çocuklar
Kalkan hiçbir yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz.

Summary
Kalkan does not collect, store or share personal data. No feature of the app uses the internet; it contains no ads, analytics, accounts or third-party services.
Messages
For texts from senders not in your contacts, iOS gives the sender and message text to Kalkan's SMS filter extension for classification only. The extension evaluates the message on your device, tells iOS the result, and never saves or sends the message. iOS does not allow this extension to access the network or write data.
Calls and contacts
Numbers you block or label are stored only on your iPhone and handed to iOS's call blocking system. Kalkan cannot see any information about incoming calls. Kalkan never accesses your contacts and requests no Contacts permission. The clipboard is read only when you tap “Paste” or “Paste from clipboard”; its contents are never saved or sent.
What stays on your device
Your rules, number list and preferences are stored on your device. If iPhone backup is on, iOS may include this data in your iCloud or computer backup along with your other app data. You decide where to save any backup file you create.
If you email us
When you write to our support address, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. Emails are stored on the servers in Türkiye of Güzel Hosting (GNET İnternet Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.), which provides our business email. Our replies are relayed through Güzel Hosting's mail delivery service, MailChannels Corporation (Canada), and pass through its servers only while being delivered. We keep correspondence for at most 2 years after your request is resolved, then delete it.
Website
kalkan.mm-apps.com uses no cookies, analytics, ads, or externally loaded fonts or scripts. The site is published on GitHub Pages. When you open it, your browser connects to the servers of GitHub, Inc. (USA); GitHub processes technical information such as your IP address to serve and secure the site under its own privacy statement. These logs are not shared with us.
App Store
You get Kalkan from the App Store; Apple is the seller, and refunds are handled by Apple. Apple processes data for the App Store and iOS independently under its own privacy policy. The download and usage statistics Apple shows us are aggregated and anonymous and do not identify you.
Your rights
You can permanently delete all your data with Settings › Reset everything, or by deleting the app. Because the developer has no access to this data, there are no records to delete, correct or export on your behalf.
Children
Kalkan does not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age.
